Battery Health Monitoring System[BHMS] is designed to identify individual batteries that are not working properly from amongst 100’s that are installed. BHMS monitors the parameters like string voltage, string current, battery temperature, ambient temperature etc. Based on the monitored values, the device measures batteries State of Health [SoH] and State of Charge [SoC]. Knowing the state of each battery in your battery bank helps you optimise the number and capacity of the batteries used. The moment a battery starts malfunctioning, BHMS raises alerts on the dashboard and send email alerts. This results in tremendous savings on battery purchases.

The calculation reveals the exact state of the batteries such as when it has to be serviced or replaced. MBMS pro-actively generates alerts to prevent expensive machines breakdowns.
