Actively looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales of UPS/Battery systems, BHMS, BMS, SOLAR, and Enterprise solutions.
With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in B2B and field sales, you will showcase the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while effectively communicating with clients.

Required Skills:
- Sales Expertise: Leverage your extensive sales experience in UPS/Battery systems, BHMS, BMS, SOLAR, and related products to drive business growth.
- B2B and Enterprise Sales: Showcase proficiency in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and enterprise sales strategies, navigating complex sales processes, and successfully closing deals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets, employing strategic planning and execution to drive revenue. Strong knowledge in proposal creation and documentation is essential.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is considered an added advantage. Engage effectively with clients, conveying the value proposition of our products and services.
- Enterprise Customer Management: Apply your experience in handling enterprise customers to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Top Category Customer Engagement: Demonstrate the ability to interact with and manage relationships with top-category individuals, including key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to Travel: The role requires travel to engage with clients and stakeholders. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports along with expense reports.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong knowledge in negotiation skills to secure favourable deals for the organisation.
